Calling all Designers!

The Friends of the Roland Water Tower invite qualified landscape architects to bid on the design of the Roland Water Tower Park. Why?

  • Because the tower is slated for restoration in the immediate future, and we would like to plan for a new park surrounding the tower
  • Because the park is a landmark green space for the surrounding communities, which has been largely fenced off for years
